Mike Rickheim is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Newell Brands. In this role, Mike leads all Human Resources business partnering and expertise areas, including talent acquisition, development, compensation and benefits.
A veteran of Newell Rubbermaid since 2003, Mike has held a variety of roles, including leadership responsibilities in development, engagement, talent acquisition, inclusion, diversity and internal communications, in addition to previously serving as HR business partner to Newell Brands Management Committee members, including the CFO, COO, President and more.
Mike has also served on numerous Boards of Directors for a variety of non-profit organizations, including the Naismith Awards & Atlanta Tipoff Club, The Newell Rubbermaid Foundation, Atlanta Sports Council and the DirectEmployers Association.
A magna cum laude graduate, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University. He also completed The Modern Chief Human Resources Officer program at Cornell University.
