First Alert, the most trusted brand in home safety*, partnered with Campus Firewatch and the Michael H. Minger Foundation for the third-annual Town/Gown Fire Safety Community Service Project. This service project focuses on installing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in at-risk homes that do not have these products.
In an effort to educate on fire and community safety, these organizations have teamed up with local colleges, universities and fire departments to help install new alarms in households across the United States. As part of these efforts, First Alert will be donating alarms to more than twenty-five organizations to help improve fire safety.
