Nick Hammitt is Chief Marketing Officer at Newell Brands and a member of the Executive Committee. He leads enterprise marketing across Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Digital, Creative, eCommerce, and Loyalty, with a focus on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and conversion across channels. A strategic and results-oriented leader, Nick brings deep expertise in building brands, launching innovation, and leading high-impact, omnichannel marketing strategies.
Nick has more than 20 years of experience in global consumer goods, with leadership roles at The Campbell’s Company and PepsiCo. Before joining Newell, he was Vice President of Marketing for Campbell’s Snacks, overseeing the salty snacks portfolio. At PepsiCo, he led marketing and innovation for the Mountain Dew portfolio, launching major platforms like Mountain Dew Zero Sugar and Game Fuel. Earlier in his career at Unilever, he led global brand development for Axe Haircare across multiple continents.
Nick holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Studies and French from the University of Richmond.
