We are proud to launch our 2020 Corporate Citizenship Report (formerly the Corporate Social Responsibility Report, which we have renamed to reflect our continued commitment to being a responsible global corporate citizen. In 2020, COVID-19 challenged our businesses, communities and lives in ways we could have never previously imagined. Nevertheless, we left the year stronger and more unified, and committed to the health and well-being of our employees and maintaining business continuity.

This report tells the story of the progress we have made in the areas we recognize as imperatives to our success and inherent to our role as a responsible global corporate citizen. In it, we demonstrate our noble purpose of brightening and enhancing the lives of consumers around the world with planet friendly, innovative and attractive products that create moments of joy and provide peace of mind. A purpose made possible through embracing our humanity, exploring longer term solutions that will help us address our areas of environmental impact, volunteering in our communities and supporting our employees through the challenges presented by COVID-19.

We are also pleased to share our continued progress against our 2025 sustainability and packaging goals, and to announce quantitative goals for diversity, inclusion and belonging (DI&B).
