At Newell Brands, our commitment to community doesn’t end with a single moment or milestone. It’s an ongoing effort rooted in the places where our employees live and work. Through our Local Impact Grant Program, employees nominate and vote for nonprofit organizations making a meaningful difference in their local communities, helping ensure our philanthropy reflects the causes closest to home.

Earlier this year, the Newell Brands Charitable Foundation was proud to invest $175,000 in 15 nonprofit partners across the United States through the 2025 Local Impact Grant Program. These organizations are advancing critical work across our core focus areas of Child Safety & Development, Education, Home, Health & Hunger, and Outdoor & the Environment, and continue to deliver meaningful impact well beyond the initial grant period.

Join Us in Supporting Local Impact This Giving Season

While these grants helped fuel important work, the need continues year-round. As the holiday season approaches – a time when generosity and community connection take on special meaning – we invite others to help extend the impact of these organizations.

This giving season, consider supporting these nonprofits by making a donation, volunteering your time, or sharing their mission with others. Every contribution helps ensure they can continue serving individuals, families, and communities long after the holidays have passed.

From grant funding to product donations, our 2025 efforts reflect Newell Brands’ ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. We’re proud to stand alongside these organizations and grateful for the employees who helped bring their work to the forefront.
