Our Sales team members and their functional and brand partners recently gathered for three days to align on strategic priorities and chart their path toward driving profitable growth for the company.
The meeting kicked off with an opening address from Chief Customer Officer Mike Hayes, who aptly shared that “reigniting a competitive spirit” is key to the Sales organization’s path to winning. Attendees also heard from President & CEO Chris Peterson, who shared a corporate strategy update emphasizing the importance of our go-to-market capabilities, Chief Financial Officer Mark Erceg, who spoke about key financial objectives and President of Brand Management & Innovation Melanie Huet, who discussed our brand management model and how we are reigniting our innovation pipeline. Attendees then heard from various leaders across the company about priorities for specific segments, brands and functions.
Attendees also interacted with new and upcoming innovations in a showcase that ignited excitement about new and upcoming products and attended training and capability-building sessions.
